Unofficial Picture: 2012 Suzuki SX-4 Sedan

These are some recent pictures of the face-lifted Suzuki SX4, recently surfaced on a Chinese website.
The images show an overall refresh to the current SX4 styling; there is a new chromed-lined grill on the front. The headlamps are slightly re-styled which makes the front gives a little more shaper stance. The front bumper is also all new. On the rear, there are extensive changes to the boot lid, restyled tail-lamps which now look similar to the newly-launched Kizashi saloon.
There is not much information on engines but we can expect an inclusion of a diesel motor in future.

New Car: 2011 Citroen C3 Picasso Blackcherry

Citroen has popped its cherry! The French firm has just released details of a new limited edition special model which coincides with a number of updates to the supermini MPV range.

Called the BLACKCHERRY, the newcomer is based on the VTR+ model and is powered by the firm’s 1.6-litre HDI diesel engine. Modifications include cherry red and gloss black exterior and interior detailing to compliment the metallic black exterior paint. The C3 Picasso also gets body colour roof bars and 17-inch cherry red diamond-tipped alloy wheels.

Standard equipment includes air conditioning, cruise control with speed limiter, Citroen’s Connecting Box (USB socket and Bluetooth system), electrically adjustable door mirrors and front electric windows.

Changes to the rest of the C3 Picasso range include a new Euro 5-compliant HDi 110bhp engine and six-speed transmission. The new engine returns just under 59mpg, with CO2 emissions falling by 5g/km over the previous Euro 4 unit to 125g/km. The remaining engines in the Picasso line-up have been rehomologated to reach full Euro 5 levels, with tweaks delivering more miles for every gallon of fuel consumed.

The firm has also made Michelin’s low rolling resistance Energy Saver tyres standard kit across the range, while the Connecting Box is now fitted as standard on VTR+ and Exclusive trim levels. For more details click here.

↑ That's who I feel like today.  Are the rest of you feeling like it was so dang hard to go back to work bright & early this morning after several days off?  I spent the majority of the Thanksgiving break in my snuggie on my couch with hot coffee/hot cider/etc. watching football/knitting/etc.  When my alarm went off at 6 am this morning, I felt like someone had just threatened my life.  I told my 2nd period kiddos today that three days off was not enough to start missing them.  Ha. (I wasn't kidding).  

These factors are contributing to my Oscar the Grouch state:

1. I went for a jog yesterday and now my back is killing me;*
2. I can't find any creative, unique, and reasonable Christmas gifts.  Help me!!;
3. It was freezing this morning.  And early.  Early and freezing;
4. I have two ulcers in my mouth (bane of my existence);
5. WTF.

But here are some happy things!:
1. Micaela got married!  I've been keeping my lips sealed for the past couple weeks, but now it's official and she's announced her day-after-Thanksgiving nuptials to the world!
2. The sea salt caramel brownies I made are the best thing in the world.  Seriously, make them.  They're ridiculously good.
3. In just 20 short days I get to go home to Georgia for Christmas!
4. The Saints are playing the Falcons while I'm home in Georgia.  Rivalry!

*While on my jog/walk at Lake Merritt, I saw a dude running totally barefoot.  Now, I've heard rumors of this.  And I know they're now selling those running shoes that mimic being barefoot.  But TOTALLY BAREFOOT?  That is nutty.  Plus, there's duck poop all around the lake, geez.

Oh!  And my dear friend Cathy has a new blog!  Please check it out and follow her if you have any interest in growing your own food/healthy eating/gardening.  Or if you like to support people just starting out in the blog world. :)  I know she'd appreciate it!

Sport futuristic car Volvo Air Motion design concept presented at Los Angeles Auto Show Car Design Challenge Competition, Volvo car Maker Company. Unique open air car design technology whole innovative level with its “lighter than a Formula 1 racing car” study vehicles development. New Volvo Air Motion’s aerodynamic car body mirrors design the look of a clam shell and are built from an ultra light carbon fiber material that tips the scales at less than 1,000lbs.
